Sheer Collar Skirt from Next, River Island & H&M

This is one of my favourite fashion looks; a sheer blouse with a cute little collar, and lets be honest, who doesn't like them? I have picked out my favourite three collar looks from my wardrobe to share with you all!

A little p.s - I have literally just noticed that every single one of the tops shown is a blouse/shirt! I have countless blouses and lose shirts as I am not keen on tight tops, I would much rather have light and floaty fabrics. In saying that, I am on the lookout for a printed jersey dress with a peter pan collar for this summer!

I worked as a retail supervisor in the past and this was one of my uniform looks. I love the little button detail and the soft forest watercolour print. I suppose that this shirt could also be dressed down for casual wear. I would pair it with a pair of skinnies, unbutton and roll up the sleeves and of course add my favourite statement necklace for a bit of bling.

Moving on to a casual look, I love layering; pulling a jumper on over a blouse or shirt makes a nice and welcomed change rather than just throwing on a scarf or a necklace to spice up plain knitwear. I'm guessing that this will be one of my favourite looks for spring and the jumper is in one of my favourite summery colours!

Shirt: H&M / Jumper: New Look / Jeans: Next / Rings: Topshop / Shoes: Next / Watch: Armani / Handbag: Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Speedy 30

This look is for that time of year when it's too cold to go out with just one layer on and too warm for a heavy winter coat! I'm not the biggest fan of coats anyway, I find them very restricting and just a hassle when I am trying to shop! The perfect solution is a fur waistcoat! - An extra layer for warmth but not totally restricting and you can still see your pretty top underneath. Pull it all in with a leather belt and your good to go.

  9. Great style post, I love sheer blouses, I am not such a fan of the collar look on myself, (Unless it is a blouse) I don't know why as I like it on others, hopefully I will come round, as all these cute tops and dresses seem to have these collars now. KB xx
