LUSH Brazened Honey Face Mask Review

LUSH fresh face mask review

oooooooh we just can't resist a good LUSH review! I just love the fresh face masks from Lush, I definitely need to buy more products from that shop as I have a wishlist as long as the length of my arm!

The first Lush mask I tried was the BB Seaweed mask, it worked wonders on my skin and I couldn't wait to get back to the store to try another. I then got this one, the Brazened Honey fresh face mask. What I like about these is that they are totally natural with no harsh ingredients, they smell so fresh and you could just tell the difference between them and the cheaper ones you can buy in a tube in Superdrug or Boots! In saying that, I'm not saying that some of those products aren't good. I mentioned the Montagne Jeunesse packet face mask in a previous post, and for 99p they definitely work a treat when I haven't got any Lush ones left.

I read a few reviews online about this particular one and a good number of people have said that the Brazened Honey mask helped with breakouts. I was glad to hear this as at times I would have problematic skin and I'd try anything to help the problem. When I applied this to my face it had an instant cooling effect, obviously as it was cold and just out of the fridge. After 10 minutes I washed it off, my skin felt so soft and it actually reduce the redness of my spots. I will RAVE about any product that does that for me!

The only thing that kinda-but-doesn't really put me off is the price, it is £6.25 for the tub. Yes for a face mask it's quite pricey but you pay for a face mask of this superior quality. Out of one small tub I get about 6 generous applications and if you think about it that's just over £1 per application. That is around the same value as the Montagne Jeunesse face masks. Not only that, if you use 5 pots and you take them into store, Lush will give you a fresh face mask totally free! You Can't be too bad to that.
